What area do you cover? We cover Central and Southern England.
How far ahead will you accept a booking? We are taking bookings up to two years ahead.
Can I select only DVD copies? Yes, full details available in the info pack
Can I select only VHS copies? Yes, full details available in the info pack
When do you start & stop filming? Depending on logistical and travel limitations, we are available from late morning preparations through to the first dance.
Can I choose the music? Yes, we ask you about your preferences and agree a selection of music material to choose from.
Do you supply digital photographs on CD Rom? Yes, as we are filming and editing using pro-digital equipment, we can provide up to 200 digital photographs on CD Rom (details in the info pack)
Are the programmes suitable for widescreen and standard 4:5 TV? Yes, we ensure footage and titles are compliant for 16:9 widescreen and standard 4:5 tv.
We have friends in the USA, can I have VHS copies in NTSC and DVD copies in the correct region code? Yes, US format programmes are available and listed on our optional extras list that comes with the info pack
What if we cannot film in the Church or Ceremony? It is not often that we cannot film in the Church or Ceremony, but on these occasions, we concentrate on the preparations; footage of before & after the ceremony; the reception and the evening celebrations. This gives us more than enough material for a programme.
Can we meet you before the wedding day? Yes please! We really like to get to know you before we film your big day. It is also a chance to talk through programme content and use of music in the edit. These meetings are dependant on logistics and travel. As we do not charge for this time, we may ask you to come to us – or meet part way between our office & your home.
